Why am I getting leads for listings I didn't add?

All on market properties within your account are syndicated to third party renter facing websites on a nightly basis.  This would also include listings shared with you on our platform.  The only exception would be MLS listings, which are never syndicated.

If you receive leads for unknown properties, mostly likely these are listings shared with you by others through our platform.  If you wish to stop the syndication of a specific listing, landlord, or shared listings as a whole, you can reference the guides linked below.
