Prerequisite: Paid account with more than one user.

Incoming leads from syndication, external websites, and account feeds follow the Lead Distribution setting on the Marketing & Syndication page. This setting is managed by the account Admin or Manager.

If a Listing Agent is specified for a listing or for its provider, the Lead Distribution setting is bypassed. All inquiries for those listings go directly to that Listing Agent.

Exception: Leads from a personal site or personal widget always go only to the specific agent who owns that site or widget.
