How does setting the Listing Agent impacts lead distribution?

Prerequisite: Paid account with more than one user.

Incoming leads generated from syndication, websites, and account feeds are distributed depends on the Lead Distribution setting on the Marketing & Syndication settings page.  This setting is controlled by the Admin or Manager of the account.  

If a Listing Agent is set for a listing or landlord however, then the Lead Distribution setting will be ignored.  All lead inquires for those listings will be directed to the Listing Agent only.

*Exclusion applies to leads generated from the personal site or personal widget, which are for the specific agent only.
