How to locate request only landlords?

Prerequisite: User Role (Admin, Manager)

Not all landlords that share listings on the network has their account set up to auto connect with everyone.  Some prefer to have brokers reach out first before providing access.  To locate these landlords, please follow the steps below.
  1. Click on Landlords on the navigation menu.
  2. Click on the Add From Directory button on the upper right.
  3. Scroll through the landlords and take note of the ones with the Request button to the right.
  4. Reach out to the landlord using the contact info provided and ask for the Listings Access URL.  This is available in Landlord Account under Brokers in their navigation menu.
  5. After receiving the URL, click on the URL while logged in and you will be automatically connected.
It is also possible for the landlord to locate your account under their Brokers page and add you directly.  Although this will require the landlord to perform multiple steps vs simply sending over a URL on top of the page.

Keep in mind that these landlords might or might not have any listings available, and their listings might or not might be in your location of interest.
