"Apply Now" Feature Overview

The "Apply Now" link empowers applicants to apply for a property directly, minimizing your involvement in the process.

Usage Example

This feature is especially beneficial for exclusive listings with multiple interested groups. Instead of gathering information from every individual within a group, you can send the "Apply Now" link to a single representative who will manage the application process for their entire group.

Another use case would be for groups whom might not be that serious.  You can use the "Apply Now" feature to have them take the initiative.

Where to Find It

You can access this feature on the details page of each listing. Look for the "New Deal" button in the upper right corner. Click it, and you’ll see an option to "Generate APPLY NOW Link."

How It Works

1. Generate a Link: If more than one group, use the "Generate New Link" button to create a unique URL for each group.
2. Send the Link: Provide this link to one or more members in a group.
3. Registration: When the representative clicks the link, they’ll be prompted to register by entering their contact information.
4. Invite Others: After registering, the representative can access Invite URLs to send to their guarantor and roommates, if applicable.
5. Submit the Application: After making a payment, if applicable, and the application has been filled, the applicant can then submit the application, which you’ll receive an email notification.
6. Agent Review & Prepare:
   • Visit the deal’s details page and click on the "Review & Prepare Application" button in the upper right.
   • Here, you can review all submitted documents, make any necessary modifications, and complete agent responsibility fields.
   • Once finalized, send the application back to the applicant(s) for final review and signing.
