How to add/remove an applicant or guarantor?

Managing Applicants and Guarantors

To add or remove an applicant or guarantor, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Applicants and Guarantors Page
    Click the rectangular button with the person and pencil icon located to the right of the Applicants section.

  2. Adding/Removing Applicants or Guarantors
    Once on the page, you have the following options. Remember to click the Save button after making any changes to ensure they are saved.

    • Add an Applicant
      Click the blue "Add Applicant" button at the bottom center of the page.

    • Remove an Applicant
      Click the red trash icon next to the applicant you wish to remove.

    • Add a Guarantor
      Select the "Yes" radio button under the "Guarantor Needed?" field.

    • Remove a Guarantor
      Select the "No" radio button under the "Guarantor Needed?" field.
