Correcting an Application

After an application has been emailed to your applicants, whether it’s fully completed or not, you have the option to make corrections. This feature is useful for fixing mistakes in the agent responsibility fields, requesting additional documents, or correcting errors made by the applicant.

How to Correct an Application:

  1. Start the Correction Process
    Navigate to the deal's details page and click the "Correct Application" button in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Documents to Correct or Add
    You will be presented with options to select existing documents for correction or to add new ones.

  3. Make Necessary Modifications
    After clicking the Select button in the lower right, you’ll be directed to a page where you can modify agent responsibility fields if needed.

  4. Finalize and Send
    Once the corrections are complete, email the updated application to the applicant or guarantor.
