Uploading External Documents to a Deal

If you receive a document outside of the online application system—such as by text, email, or other means—you can easily upload it to a deal. This is not only useful for record-keeping but also allows you to include these documents when generating a single PDF of the deal's paperwork.

How to Upload Documents:

  1. Navigate to the Deal's Details Page
    On the deal's details page, click the "Download Application Packet" button located in the upper right corner.

  2. Upload the Document
    On the new page, click the "Upload Document" button located in the upper right corner and fill out the form. Please note that the file must be in PDF format.

    • Tip: On most modern operating systems and browsers, you can convert a file to PDF by using the print function and selecting "Print to PDF."

By following these steps, you can ensure all relevant documents are consolidated within the deal for easy access and management.
