How to request a refund for an applicant or guarantor?

Refund Request Procedure

When requesting a refund for an applicant or guarantor, please note that the $10 YouGotListings fee per applicant and guarantor is non-refundable.  If you choose to refund the applicant or guarantor in full, the $10 fee will be charged to your account instead.

Steps to Request a Refund:

  1. Obtain Authorization
    First, send an email to support@yougotlistings.com, ensuring that your office admin or manager is included to provide authorization.

  2. Email Details
    In your email, clearly state that you understand the $10 YouGotListings fee per applicant and guarantor is non-refundable and that you are requesting a refund for the remaining amount only.

  3. Include Relevant Information
    Be sure to include the deal's address and the name of the person for whom the refund is being requested.

Following these steps will help ensure your refund request is processed smoothly.
