TransUnion Credit & Criminal & Eviction

The TransUnion Credit & Criminal & Eviction is an add-on service available with the Online Application feature. No additional setup is required. Once the Online Application is active, this option will automatically be available when creating a deal.

During the deal creation process, at the Select Documents step, you will have the option to include the TransUnion Credit & Criminal & Eviction. During the application process, the applicant will be prompted to provide additional personal information and authorize the collection and sharing of their credit and criminal reports. Once processed, these reports will be made available to you.

Pricing:

• Credit & Criminal - $30 per applicant/guarantor
  If your office charges a fee higher than $30 through our system, the $30 will be deducted from that fee. Otherwise, your applicant/guarantor will be charged the standard $30.
• Credit & Criminal & Eviction - $35 per applicant/guarantor

• Credit Report - Soft Pull
• Criminal Report
• Eviction Related Proceedings (if selected)

Credit Report Options:

In addition to the TransUnion Credit & Criminal & Eviction, we offer another credit check service, which we’ll refer to as the Traditional Credit Check.  For those interested, you can read about the setup process in this article.
