What are listing/building/landlord tags?

Tags can be created for a listing, a building, or a landlord.  Any tag created is private to the account, meaning only users within the same account can view them.  Tags are also searchable for added convenience.

To search for tags, go to the Rentals tab, click on the Advanced Options search field, and select a tag from the list of created tags. Once selected, perform a search to view all listings associated with that tag.
