Tags can be created for listings, buildings, or landlords, offering a convenient way to organize and manage information. All tags are private to your account, ensuring that only users within the same account can view them. Additionally, tags are searchable to streamline your workflow.

To search for tags, navigate to the Rentals tab, click the Advanced Options search field, and select a tag from the list of existing tags. Once a tag is selected, perform a search to view all associated listings.

The Tags feature is designed to enhance internal organization and facilitate private information sharing within your account. 

For example, tagging listings as "Best Deals" makes them easily identifiable on their details page and searchable by other agents, ensuring everyone in the account knows which listings are great deals.
