Listing Providers Permissions Explained
When configuring a user’s privileges, the Listing Providers setting determines how much information about listing providers (landlords, management companies, or other data sources) the user can view and interact with.
Below are the three options and what they allow:
1. Full Access

The user has complete visibility into landlord information.

All search features related to landlords are enabled.

The Listing Provider tab at the top of the interface is available.

On the Listings tab search bar, the user can use the Listing Provider search field.

On a listing’s detail page, the Listing Provider section is fully visible, with clickable links to navigate to the provider’s details page.
2. Contact Info Only (No Search)

The user can view landlord contact details only at the listing level.

On a listing’s detail page, the Listing Provider section (at the bottom) is visible.

The provider’s name can be clicked to open the provider’s details page.

Restrictions:

The Listing Provider tab at the top will not be available.

The Listing Provider search field in the Listings tab will not be available.

Effectively, users can see contact information when looking at a specific listing, but cannot search across providers.
3. No Access (Except Notes)

The user cannot view any landlord or provider information at all.

On listing detail pages, the Listing Provider section will be hidden.

The Listing Provider tab and related search functions will not be available.
