Data Import - Landlord CSV File Specifications
CSV Columns
The landlord csv file should contain the following columns in the order specified. If certain columns do not apply to you or if there is no data, please leave it blank.
PLEASE NOTE: A header row is required! Rows containing invalid data will be rejected.

| 1 | ID | Your unique landlord ID number. |
| 2 | Name | Landlord name. If your system has separate fields for first name and last name, concatenate them together like "John Smith". Max. Length 150 characters. |
| 3 | Landlord email address. | |
| 4 | Phone 1 | Landlord primary phone number. Max. length 30 characters. |
| 5 | Phone 2 | Landlord secondary phone number. Max. length 30 characters. |
| 6 | Phone 3 | Landlord secondary phone number. Max. length 30 characters. |
| 7 | Website | Landlord website address. |
| 8 | Primary Fax | Landlord's primary fax number. Max. length 30 characters. |
| 9 | Secondary Fax | Landlord's secondary fax number. Max. length 30 characters. |
| 10 | Address 1 | Landlord's first line of address. Max. length 150 characters. |
| 11 | Address 2 | Landlord's second line of address, such as unit numbers go here. Max. length 60 characters. |
| 12 | City | Max. length 100 characters. |
| 13 | State | Max. length 2 characters. |
| 14 | Zip Code | |
| 15 | Contact Instructions | |
| 16 | Notes | Landlord notes if available. |
