Common Third Party Extension Issue

Third part extensions installed on the browser can change a website's behavior.  If you have found your account to be acting strange, disabling third party extensions is a great troubleshooting step.

To disable Chrome browser extensions, follow the steps below.
  1. Click on the icon on the upper right of the browser that looks like 3 dots.
  2. Hover over "More tools" and click on "Extensions".
  3. Disable all extension on that page.
  4. Return to your account, refresh the page and try again.
