How do I cancel my paid account?
Prerequisite: User Role (Admin)
In the event that you would like to discontinue your account, you can follow the instructions provided below. If there were an incurred charges for the current billing period, it will be auto-charged to the payment on file during the cancellation process. Please note that you can reactivate your account with all the data intact within one year simply by logging in with your current username and password.
- Click the Profile Pic icon on the upper right
- Select Account Billing from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Cancel Account button on the upper right.
