How to add/update/remove a listing's Listing Agent?
Prerequisite: User Role – Admin, Manager, or User with Add & Update privilege.
Listing Provider Level
Setting the Listing Agent at the provider (landlord) level applies it to every listing under that provider.

Go to Providers in the navigation menu.

Locate the desired landlord and click the name to open its details page.

Click Edit next to the landlord’s name.

Select the new Listing Agent from the drop-down.

Click Save.
Listing Level
To set or change the Listing Agent for an individual listing:

Go to Listings in the navigation menu.

Locate the desired listing and click its address to open the details page.

Click Edit next to the address.

Select the new Listing Agent from the drop-down.

Click Save.
Note: If a Listing Agent is set at the provider level, the field cannot be edited at the listing level. Remove the provider-level agent first to enable editing.
